Annette Warren’s Vision: Building a Stronger Cape Coral Together

Meet Annette Warren: A Neighbor Committed to Cape Coral

With 40 years in Cape Coral and a background as a U.S. Air Force veteran, Annette brings deep roots and practical experience to her City Council campaign. She is dedicated to preserving the community’s quality of life while addressing growth and environmental challenges.

Annette’s motivation stems from her deep love for this city and its people. As a longtime resident and parent, she understands the importance of smart infrastructure, transparent leadership, and the need for quality-of-life amenities like sports complexes, performing arts halls, and water-based recreational activities that our city currently lacks. These facilities would enrich our community by fostering health, cultural engagement, and economic growth.

Her campaign is driven by local voices, not special interests. Annette is committed to listening to our residents and working together to bring these vital amenities to our city, creating a more vibrant, connected, and thriving community for all.

"Annette Warren is probably the most passionate person I have ever met. She puts her whole self into every action and consistently gives 110%. Not only does she have the people’s best interests at heart, she stands among the people helping direct and make positive change. Her time in the military only adds to her willingness to put others first. Annette is such a positive force in every capacity I have seen her, and I know that she will do everything she can (if not more) during her time on the council. I have yet to see a more capable candidate come along in my time as a resident of Cape Coral."
